Celebrating 70 Years!  1949-2019

Halcraft Printers Inc. is a family business that has been in operation for over 67 years. Leo Arkelian purchased the company in 1949. He left the business in the hands of his three capable sons, Wayne, Brian, and Donald. Over the last 30 plus years each of his three sons began their careers in production and worked their way into their current senior management roles. Halcraft is located in Halifax on Robie Street just north of the downtown core.

Halcraft has been built on the loyalty of independent businesses who have remained with the company over the years. Halcraft strives to give the best service possible regardless of the size of the order. Every client is valued equally.

The average tenure of staff is in excess of 15 years. They are an extremely knowledgeable team who work well together to meet the demands of our clients. By the very nature of a family-owned business versus a large corporation, Halcraft has the advantage of flexibility to meet clients’ ever-changing requirements.

Halcraft Printers’ main focus is digital, offset printing and letter press finishing services. If the client has a request we cannot fill in-house, we will source and partner with other companies to meet those needs.
